How to Connect?
Add the bot to the group
Find @ihaveimpulse_bot and add it to the group chat.Follow the bot's instructions
The bot will provide detailed guidance on how to link the chat with your club or community. Follow its instructions. For more details, see the connection instructions below.
Important!
The user setting up the interaction between the Telegram group chat and an existing club or community must simultaneously be the owner/administrator of both the Telegram group chat and the club/community in Impulse.
Only one club or one community can be linked to a single group chat.
Club
1. Linking a Club
Enter the /start
command or select it from the menu. In the inline menu that appears, click on "Link Club".
- If you are the administrator or owner of the chat group, the bot will offer to link your club to this group or create a new club if you are not a member of any club.
- If you are a club member but not an administrator, you cannot link the club — this function is only available to administrators.
- If you are not part of a club, the bot will offer to create a new club.
2. Using Bot Commands
After successfully linking the club, you can use the following commands:
/allstats
Available only to administrators.
Allows you to get the top-10 participant statistics for the selected period. You can choose the period via the inline menu./mystats
Available to all club members who have connected Telegram in their Impulse profile.
Allows you to get personal statistics in the club for all available periods.
Important Notes:
- Linking a club is only possible for administrators or owners of the chat group.
- Club members without administrator rights cannot manage the linking process.
Additional Information
Assign administrator rights to the bot (no additional permissions are required). This will allow you to automatically publish a link to the group chat in the club settings.
You can configure or remove the invitation link to the group chat for the club in the club settings under the "Telegram Bot" tab.
Communities
1. Linking a Community
Enter the /start
command or select it from the menu. In the inline menu that appears, click on "Link Community".
- If you are the administrator or owner of the chat group, the bot will offer to link your community to this group or create a new community.
- If you are a community member but not an administrator, you cannot link the community — this function is only available to administrators.
- If you want to create a new community, click "Create," then select the sport type for the community and privacy settings, and confirm creation.
2. Using Bot Commands
After successfully linking the community, you can use the following commands:
/allstats
Available only to administrators.

Available to all community members who have connected Telegram in their Impulse profile.
Allows you to get personal statistics in the community for all available periods.

Additional Information

- Automatically publish a link to the group chat through the community settings.
- Use the following experimental features:
- Mandatory participation in the Telegram group — users must be members of the Telegram group to join the community. If a user leaves the Telegram group, they are automatically removed from the community.
- Telegram group admins can manage the community — group chat admins will be able to administer the community.
These experimental features can be enabled on the community settings page under the "Member Management" tab.
You can configure or remove the invitation link to the group chat for the community in the community settings under the "Telegram Bot" tab.
Events
If you are an event administrator or a team captain in a team-based tournament, you can use the /events
command in the group chat to publish event data for all chat users.
1. No Event Linking Required!
If you have sufficient rights in the event, you can use the /events
command.
2. Using Bot Commands
Enter or select the /events
command, then follow the inline menu options provided by the bot:
- Select the event from the list.
- If the event has a team ranking, select which ranking you want to view.
- Using the inline menu buttons, select:
- Viewing period: today or all time (if detailed statistics are enabled on the tournament table).
- Which metrics to display. Sorting will be performed based on Metric #1.
- How many participants to display: top-3, top-10, or all.
- Click "Show Results."
- If you need to change filters, click "Change Filters."
- If you need to return to selecting the ranking type or switch events, use the "Back" button.
