Impulse is a universal tool for athletes that helps not only track your workouts but also find like-minded people, compete, and achieve new heights together with the community.

With Impulse, you can:

• Save, view, and analyze your workout data

Import workouts from popular sources such as Strava, Polar, Google Health Connect, and Apple Health, or add them manually. You can also upload GPX files and attach additional materials, such as screenshots from apps.

• Track your progress in Impulse statistics

View your achievements in the platform's global statistics, which takes into account all registered users. Analyze your results for any time period (day, week, month, year, or all time) and compare them with other participants by sport, age group, and gender.

Create your own club or join an existing one. Compete with other clubs in the annual rankings, track member activity, and monitor your club’s total distance. A club is unique — it’s for your closest connections!

• Create or join communities

Join multiple communities simultaneously and train online with other participants. Participate in individual rankings within the community and compete with its members.

Take part in running and other sports competitions organized on the platform in an online format. Tournaments can be individual or team-based, and winners are determined based on various criteria such as distance, pace, or earned points.

• Use the Telegram bot for convenient interaction

Connect the Telegram bot @ihaveimpulse_bot to receive personal notifications and statistics in a private chat.

Add the bot to a group chat and link it to your club or community. In the group chat, members will be able to receive individual statistics, while administrators can publish overall club or community statistics.

If the group chat with the bot is linked to a tournament team, the team captain will be able to share event updates and current results.

This makes interactions more convenient and efficient, especially for teamwork and coordination.
