For registered users who are logged in, there is an option to create a support request and communicate with the platform administrator online via chat.
Open the drop-down menu (the "?" icon in the top right corner) and select the "Support" menu item.

If you have any questions, you can ask them in the comments of the channel's chat (you can access it from the channel description).
