How do I import workouts?
You can import workouts from third-party services like Strava or Polar by connecting them through your profile settings. You can also import workouts from native services on your mobile device, such as Google Health.

I see a sync error in my profile: "Download Error"
First, try disconnecting the source and reconnecting it. When reconnecting, be sure to grant all permissions by checking all boxes when Strava or Polar requests them. If the error persists, create a support request, and we will definitely assist you.
I don't see workouts in my profile
Check that no filters are applied. They are hidden under the icon
Note that only Strava allows loading past workouts (completed before connecting the workout source).
If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, create a support request.
How do I delete a workout?
To delete a workout, go to the workout page and click the "Delete" button in the menu.
How do I know if my workout has been counted?
You can check the status of whether the workout has been credited to the tournament table on the workout page (at the bottom of the page under "Workout credited in the following tournament tables:") or on your standings page.
What should I do if my workout didn’t pass validation?
If the workout was credited but failed validation, please check the reason and description of the validation performed on the validation page. You can access the validation page from the "Detailed Information" section on the workout page or via your standings page.
Make sure the workout meets the event requirements.
If you disagree with the reason for rejecting your workout, please create a request for administrator review via the "three-dot" menu on the workout page. For more information on workout validation, see the Workout Validation section.
Can I participate in multiple tournaments at the same time?
Yes, you can participate in several tournaments if they are running simultaneously. The same workout can count toward all parallel tournament standings, but it must meet all validation criteria for its data to be included.
How do I organize my own tournament in Impulse?

How do I delete my profile?
You can delete your profile in the settings by selecting the corresponding menu option.
