Loading training sessions

The synchronization of training sessions from the source is automatic. Once a workout is added to the source (such as Strava), it will almost immediately appear in Impulse. If you do not see the workout in your profile, please try refreshing the page.

Occasionally, some training may not load automatically. This could be due to an issue on the source's side or Impulse's side. In such cases, you can manually synchronize. Click the Add activities button in your profile, select the date from which you want to begin downloading (for example, the day prior to the workout you wish to download from the source), and click Start download. Your download status will be shown in your profile after which your workouts should appear in the list.

There may be restrictions on starting manual synchronization too often.

If manual synchronization didn't help

Please try to reconnect your account in your profile settings. To do so, click Disconnect and then re-connect the source.

Nothing helps!

If for some reason, your workout still does not load even after manually synchronizing, please contact our support team. We will help you resolve the issue.
