Importing workouts from Strava
You can link almost any device to your Strava account. Strava also allows you to download all your workouts from any time period (we download your workouts for the last three months by default). You can connect your Strava account with your Impulse account by clicking Add activities
and then Connect Strava
in the open dialog window. You can do the same in your profile settings.
After you connect your account, the workouts will begin to upload ti Impulse site automatically. The process of synchronization is asynchronous, so the workouts will not be displayed immediately. You can check the download status in your profile. Once the download is complete, the training list will be updated.
After a successful connection and initial synchronization, all future workouts created on Strava will automatically be imported into Impulse.
One Strava account can only be linked to one Impulse account. If you need to disconnect your Strava account from your Impulse account for any reason, you can do so in your profile settings.
Please note!
In order to successfully connect Strava to Impulse, you need to
- Log in to the Impulse account that you want to connect Strava
- Log in to the Strava account that you want to connect to Impulse in the same browser window.
- After clicking on
Connect Strava
your browser will take you to the Strava page, where you need to grant permission to the Impulse application to access your account data.
It is very important to check all the boxes! Then click the "Allow" button.
