Importing GPX files

If for some reason you cannot connect to a Strava or Polar account, you can use the GPX workout file upload.

In your personal profile, please click on Add activities. In the window that opens, click Select files and choose one or more training files. The files will be uploaded synchronously but the training will be created asynchronously, so it may take a few seconds for the training to appear.

If the file upload is successful, a green check mark will appear next to the file name. If there is an error, a red cross will be displayed, and when you hover over it, an error message will be shown.

Attention!

You cannot upload the same GPX file multiple times

And also...

GPX file based workouts are created with an Unknown sport. You can change it on the create activity page.

If the workout did not appear after uploading the file

It may happen that you have uploaded a GPX file but the training has not appeared in your profile. If you re-upload the file and Impulse still says that it already exists, there is likely a problem with GPX recognition. In this case, please contact Impulse support for assistance.
